About River Bluffs Village

River Bluffs Village (RBV) is a membership program of DARTS, a community-based nonprofit located in West St. Paul, Minnesota. RBV coordinates household resources, transportation, and social activities, empowering Village members to live healthy, meaningful lives in their existing homes and neighborhoods.
The formation of RBV began in 2006 by local residents who read about the Beacon Hill Village model in Boston. RBV, a suburban village model, was launched in 2009 and is open to adults 55 and older living in Lilydale, Mendota, Mendota Heights, Sunfish Lake, and West St. Paul.
RBV offers two membership options (annual fee) to fit needs and lifestyles.
