River Bluffs Village (RBV) is open to adults 55 and older in Lilydale, Mendota, Mendota Heights, Sunfish Lake, and West St. Paul. RBV members live in established homes within these five communities.

When you call RBV for a resource referral or provider, you'll learn the base cost and the discount for RBV members. You will pay the preferred provider directly at the time the service is completed.

Yes, because RBV members can access social connections and preferred provider services that go beyond the typical offerings of DARTS. RBV staff and DARTS staff partner on providing services but only RBV members can access the RBV benefits.
