Jim Skjei (pronounced Shay) has been hired as the driver for River Bluffs Village private car service. Jim has been driving for organizations for 15 years. In 1995 Jim retired from his position as an agent for Prudential and six months later he began driving for the Jewish Community Center in St. Paul. He started out driving an hour a day, and soon was up to forty hours weekly.
Joe Costa is a renowned authority on physical fitness and nutrition with over 12 years of industry experience.
