Senior services from River Bluffs Village is all about independent living with transportation, handyman and lifestyle services available with a single call.

Membership Options

RBV offers two 55+ senior services membership choices to fit your independent living needs and lifestyle. RBV introduces you to these senior services and lets you try them out for free.

If you like the service, you have the choice to continue using them. Here are our two senior services options:

  • RBV Essentials Lite - Annually: $225 Single $300 Household*
  • RBV Essentials - Annually: $480 Single or $640 Household*

RBV Essentials Lite

Choose one membership service of interest to you, such as handyperson, grocery shopping, house cleaning, and private car service. Call 651-209-0710 for specific details about each service offering.

RBV Essentials

RBV Essentials senior services introduces you to any five of the following independent living services. You choose the five you’re interested in. After you’ve used the service for the prescribed period, you can choose to continue:

  • Handyperson - 1 hour handyperson time (must be used during one visit)
  • Grocery Shopping - Once per week for a month, with purchases of $30 or under
  • Private Car Service - 1 hour of private car service (hour must be used during one trip). Learn more about our senior transportation …
  • House Check (with initial set-up) - Two house checks while you're away ($20 set-up fee additional)
  • House Cleanings - 1 two-hour light house cleaning

*Household consists of two (2) persons 55 or older who live together and have joint financial obligations.
